Laura hassel
Founder & Partner
About Laura
Laura has spent her career ensuring that the right things get done at the executive level and has led business management for senior and C-Level executives, at companies across the Fortune 500.
In her 12 years at Microsoft, Laura managed the Executive Operations team for Human Resources, led Business Management for the Leadership Development and Executive Recruiting organization as well as providing business leadership in Finance, reporting directly to Microsoft’s CFO.

Prior to Microsoft, Laura spent eight years as a consulting executive liaison for Fortune 500 companies, across numerous industries, including Financial Services, Energy, Transportation and Technology.
In January 2017, Laura founded Alliance Management Consulting, to offer strategic engagement expertise and capability to SaaS companies wishing to deepen their relationships with existing technology partners.
Laura graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies, French and completed a year and a half of her studies in Paris, France.

About Kenik
Kenik brings a breadth of capability through his experience as a senior technology industry executive. Kenik has led varied technology organizations, including those responsible for Strategy, Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, Technology Evangelism and Business Development. Following 15 years at Microsoft, Kenik was VP of Product Management at Sears Holdings, as well as leading IoT Product Management and Strategy at T-Mobile.

In January 2020, Kenik joined Alliance Management Consulting as Managing Partner, to scale Alliance Management’s strategic alliance capabilities, strategic engagement capability and ensure that strategy translates into business results. As a highly respected leader, Kenik has transformed companies and organizations with an emphasis upon integrity, using exceptional creativity, deep industry knowledge, and the power of data and design to drive success.

Kenik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Western Washington University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
